You’ll support pupils in Key Stage 1 through targeted 1:1 and small group work, helping to boost confidence, bridge learning gaps, and reinforce key skills in phonics, reading, writing and maths. You’ll also assist the class teacher with daily routines, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment.
