Graduate Town Planner

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

I'm working closely with an established planning practice based in the heart of Oxford. This is a boutique consultancy known for its collaborative culture, diverse project portfolio, and strong reputation across Yorkshire and beyond. They're now looking to bring a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner on board to support their growing workload.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
Undertaking site visits and research to support planning advice
Supporting senior planners on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
Keeping up to date with relevant planning legislation and policy
What they're looking for:
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)
Ideally some work experience in a planning environment (public or private sector), though this is not essential
Strong communication and report-writing skills
A genuine interest in the built environment and development process
Ambition to work towards chartered RTPI status (full support provided)
