Graduate Town Planner - Chipping Norton
We are excited to be representing a well-regarded planning consultancy in their search for a Graduate Town Planner to join their Chipping Norton office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to kick-start their planning career and gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of development projects.
The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:
Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
Carry out research, site appraisals, and planning policy analysis.
Draft planning reports and statements to support project delivery.
Work closely with senior colleagues to provide professional advice to clients.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and external consultants.
About You
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic graduate who has:
An RTPI-accredited degree or master's in Town Planning or a related subject.
Strong research, report writing, and communication skills.
A genuine interest in planning, development, and the built environment.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
The ambition to progress towards chartered RTPI status.
