Graduate Town Planner - Private Planning Consultancy | Oxford | £24,000+

We're working with a dynamic and forward-thinking independent planning consultancy based in Oxford currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a Graduate Town Planner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a relevant RTPI-accredited degree (or due to complete one) who's looking to join a collaborative team working on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting senior planners with planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals
Conducting research and policy analysis
Preparing planning documents, reports, and client-facing materials
Attending site visits and supporting public consultation activities
Working closely with private and public sector clients to deliver planning solutions
What We're Looking For:
A degree (or near completion) in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI accredited)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
A genuine interest in planning and development
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Previous work experience or placement in planning (desirable but not essential)
