Trainee Teacher / Graduate Cover Supervisors

Tradewind Secondary are currently working alongside a fantastic, well run and supportive Secondary Academy located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire who are seeking graduates to support as internal Support staff from September on a full time, ongoing basis from September.
This is a great chance to gain paid experience in a supportive and well run Secondary School. The School boasts a warm and inclusive environment, supportive induction programmes and the opportunity to work across a busy and well respected school within a range of roles. These are full time, week day roles from 8:30-3:30pm supporting various classes across a school day.
The ideal candidates will have a positive and upbeat attitude, experience within youth work or tuition is preferred but not essential. Relevant GCSE's (grade 5 or above in English & Maths) and Alevels in your chosen subject are also advantageous. All staff at this 'Good' academy benefit from the school's superb training and mentoring programme and the school is rich with previous trainee students at various stages of their career. Behaviour is good and pupils enjoy learning. The school is organised, brightly lit and with superb resources.
Successful Graduates will be confident and possess a strong personality that will inspire students. They should be keen to get involved in all aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities, and have an open mind towards taking on teacher training later.
