Graduate Unqualified Teacher - about the role:
As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will work closely with experienced teachers and staff to support the delivery of high-quality education across various subjects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
* Supporting students in their learning, both in and out of the classroom.
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to students who need additional help.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events.
This role is ideal for graduates who are considering applying for teacher training programmes such as PGCE or Schools Direct. We are committed to nurturing your development and will provide you with the guidance and experience you need to progress in your teaching career. Previous success stories include graduates who started in entry level roles and later secured an ECT position with their school.
Graduate Unqualified Teacher - requirements:
* A recent graduate from a top UK university.
* A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Previous experience working with young people in an educational environment is essential.
