We're recruiting for an experienced Graphic Designer, to be based in our Head Office, based in Measham, Swadlincote. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the already high standards of this family-run business. So if you want a fresh challenge and to become part of something more satisfying then together we can do great things. Our sales and marketing literature and visual materials are often the first contact we have with customers, so the work of our Graphic Designers is crucial in creating the right impression. We need people who are creative, dynamic and passionate about producing stunning work.
MAIN DUTIES
* Producing printed and digital sales literature.
* Producing display artwork/graphics.
* Assisting in the production of group-based project work.
* Creating signage artwork in accordance with current brand guidelines.
* Creating various types of imagery for the website.
* Liaising with and having regular contact with regional offices.
* Managing and maintaining workload.
* Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
* Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
* Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:
* Relevant graphics work experience.
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills on the phone, face to face, and in writing.
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Ability to anticipate and ensure that all internal customers' needs are met.
* A driven individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work alone and as part of a team.
* Willing to learn and take on new skills.
* Confident and enthusiastic.
* Self-motivated.
