Job Description
GRAPHIC DESIGNER - MATERNITY COVER (9-12 MONTHS) - B2C CONSUMER BRANDS
Our client is a premium consumer products company known for delivering high quality, unique products with a strong shelf presence. They're looking for a talented, packaging-focused Graphic Designer to cover a period of maternity leave, bringing brands to life through striking structural and visual packaging concepts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with a great internal culture, ideal for an ambitious, passionate and driven designer who thrives working across multiple brands and projects.
Location: Hybrid, Crawley (RH10) - 3 days office-based / 2 days from home
AS GRAPHIC DESIGNER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Design packaging layouts and structural concepts tailored to each brand, ensuring all print-ready assets meet high commercial standards
Prepare print-ready artwork and implement existing layouts across different cutters, liaising with printers and suppliers
Create social media posts, digital adverts and POS materials, keeping designs on-trend and on-brand
Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across multiple touchpoints, brands and product lines
Manage multiple briefs and competing deadlines across a varied and fast-paced project load
THE IDEAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER WILL HAVE:
Strong packaging design experience with a solid understanding of print production and cutter implementation
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Express and InDesign
Experience creating artwork for both print and digital, including motion graphics and animation
Confidence using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly to support ideas, image generation, retouching and design development
Ability to manage multiple brands, products and projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency
