Role Overview
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, and Sales Team, you will:
* Drive the creation of engaging content to support marketing and sales
* Develop brand-aligned graphics, videos, and marketing materials
* Help grow the company’s online and social media presence
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all design work and maintain brand guidelines
* Create marketing collateral, social media content, and video assets
* Develop and support marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
* Grow and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
* Maintain and update website content
* Analyse and report on campaign and social media performance
Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with video and animation skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Experience with Canva and social media platforms
* Email campaign experience using Campaign Monitor
* A keen eye for design and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
