Grill Chef
Salary: £12.75 - £14.50 p/hr
Employment Type: Part-time

Role Summary
You’ll be a Grill Chef who can run a section properly. This role is about pace, consistency and standards. You cook burgers and core menu items to spec, keep your section under control and make sure quality does not slip when it gets busy. You are here to do the basics well and do them every shift.

What you’ll be doing
● Running service and pass when needed
● Supporting food safety and kitchen compliance
● Helping train and develop junior chefs
● Keeping prep, sections and setup on point
● Supporting stock control, deliveries and waste
● Helping drive standards every day

● A real interest in burgers and grill cookery

● Previous kitchen experience preferred

Food Truck & Events
