Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £13.04 per hour – overtime paid at time and a half
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm

My client, a well-established name in the metal finishing industry, is expanding and looking for a Grinder to join their busy production team.
This is a hands-on role where full training is provided, but experience with hand tools like grinders, drills, and wire cutters is a big plus.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling and preparing metal products
* Grinding and hand-wiring components
* Supporting the metal finishing process
* Inspecting products to ensure top-notch quality
* Keeping your workspace safe and tidy
* Manual handling – heavy lifting involved
What we’re looking for:
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Physically fit and happy to get stuck in
* Team player with good communication skills
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar roles
