Job Description
Skills and Experience:
* Full clean UK driving license
* Pa1 Pa6 spraying license – preferred but if not training will be provided
* ROSPA certification - training will be provided
* Health and Safety awareness – training will be provided
* Proven experience of grounds maintenance in a public setting (preferably) using a variety of manual and power tools
* Ability to operate a ride on mower
* Confident to lead the contract on site, showing courtesy and professionalism towards on site client, residents and the public
* Ability to plan and undertake tasks in line with contractual schedule of works, seasonality and client requirements
* Deliver consistent quality of service, showing motivation to get the job done to the expected standard every time
* Ability to lead one / two other supporting grounds maintenance staffBefore You Apply
