About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Ground Workers to join our team on various projects across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in groundwork to work with a reputable and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, concreting, kerbing, slabbing, and excavation
*
Interpret site drawings and levels
*
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
*
Work as part of a team to complete tasks to deadlines
*
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a Ground Worker role
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
Ability to work under minimal supervision
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
*
Own tools and PPE desirable
