Job Description
KPI Recruiting are seeking Grounds Keepers to join a holiday park team on the scenic West Coast of Scotland. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys working in nature and contributing to the upkeep of a high-quality holiday environment.
As a Grounds Keepers you will be working Variable shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings (exact shifts to be confirmed based on rota) with a pay rate of £12.30 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Grass cutting, leaf blowing, weed killing, hedge cutting, and strimming
Performing a variety of general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the site is kept to a high standard
Assisting the Maintenance Team with ad hoc tasks as required
Preparing grounds for all types of weather conditions
Greeting owners and holiday guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any general queries
Maintaining a high level of customer service and role-modelling the company’s core values at all times
Ensuring all tools and equipment are safely operated and maintained
Completing basic record-keeping as required (e.g., maintenance logs)
Requirements:
Previous groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and a proactive approach
Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work in all weather conditions
