IMH Recruitment are looking for reliable Grounds People to work on behalf of our client based in Reading.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting.
Duties
* Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
* Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
* Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth.
* Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
* Clean UK driving licence
* Previous experience in a similar role
Hours & Pay:
* Monday - Friday: 9am -5pm.
* 37 Hours per week
* £14.13 Per hour.
* Weekly Pay!
