Grounds Maintenance Operative
Mobile – Skye & Lochalsh / Fort William & Lochaber
CBRE – BT & EE Contract

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
*
Van + Fuel Card
*
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
*
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
*
Free Parking on All Sites
We’re looking for a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to support BT & EE sites across the Highlands.
Key Duties:
*
Grounds work and occasional cleaning tasks
*
Emergency light testing, fire alarm checks
*
Water temperature checks, tap flushing, waste inspections
*
Minor building maintenance as required
*
Manage your schedule using a PDA
*
Client-facing role within a 7-engineer team
*
1-in-2 call out rota with £170 standby payment
*
Overtime available for quoted works
Requirements:
*
Previous FM or grounds maintenance experience
*
Practical, hands-on approach to varied tasks
*
Full UK Driving Licence
