Job Description
BBS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative (Manual Labour) for a temporary ongoing role with our client based Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council.
The successful Grounds Maintenance Operative (Manual Labour)and should be a proactive and hardworking individual with prior experience within a role.
The reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative will join our mobile clients team based at Depot. You’ll carry out a variety of outdoor manual tasks to maintain green spaces, parks, and communal areas.
Hours: 07:30 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday)
Key Duties:
*
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking
*
Use of powered tools (mowers, blowers, trimmers)
*
Planting, pruning, and seasonal grounds work
*
Travel between sites in a company vehicle
*
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
*
Experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor/manual role
*
Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
*
Team player with a good work ethic
