Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Creative Landscape Company Ltd, has been transforming gardens for over 30 years. We are an award-winning design, build and maintenance company located in Twyford, Berkshire. An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our team to help within our grounds maintenance department, to help maintain our premium domestic clients' gardens. Some soft landscaping skills would also be an advantage.
Please only apply if you have a really good horticultural knowledge and previous experience is essential.
Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Have overall responsibility and accountability for quality produced and client satisfaction
* Complete the required administration
* General garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and pruning
* Operating and maintaining garden machinery and tools (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers)
* Carrying out seasonal tasks such as lawn care, leaf clearing, mulching & planting.
* Ensuring health and safety is followed at all times
* Communicating effectively with clients & colleagues.
* Working as part of a team to complete daily schedules.
* Performing basic maintenance on tools and reporting defects.
Grounds Maintenance Supervisor must:
* Be customer focused
* work well in a team
* Be presentable, along with a great attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Have a full driving licence.

Hours of work:
* Full Time
* 8 hour shift, 40 hours per week
* 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
