Grounds Maintenance Operative Team Leader - High Wycombe - HP13
We are looking for Team Leader to work for our client based out of High Wycombe. As a Team Leader, you'll be hands-on and lead by example-supporting and supervising a team of operatives across various sites. Your day-to-day will include a full range of grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, shrub maintenance, and more. You'll ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.
Shifts: Monday - Friday. Summer Hours - 7.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday. Winter hours - 07:30 - 15:00.
Pay Rate: £13.90
To succeed, you will need:
* To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Hold a full valid UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.
* Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is essential.
* Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
* Supervising experience is essential.
