Job Description
Madisons are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to get started on an a permanent basis for a client of ours covering sites in and West and South London.
Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License for this position
Responsibilities
Leading & assisting the team with general grounds maintenance, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning and weed control.
Installation of lawns, artificial lawns, tree's, plants
Using machinery such as strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters & more
Install of Plant boxes
Planting
Design and Installation works
Residential and commercial projects
Valid driving licence
Oversee the Landscaping, turfing and planting duties by operative on site
Requirements
Previous Grounds Maintenance/ Horticultural experience required.
Previous Team Leader experience
Driving licence (Essential)
7:30am- 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Level 1/ 2 in Horticulure Essential
Must also have Plant Knowledge
Benefits

£30,000- £43,000 per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications
