Grounds Person
📍 Based in Dover - covering Dover, Deal & Sandwich
💷 £12.21 - £12.50 per hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement
🚗 Must have your own wheels! ⏰ Temporary Role - Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

💚 About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a hands-on, community-loving Grounds Person to help keep our local towns looking fresh, tidy, and blooming beautiful. You'll be the person behind those clean streets, colourful flowerbeds, and well-kept green spaces - and you'll often be the friendly face people see when they're out and about.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
Mowing, trimming, planting, sweeping , making the towns look great 🌺
Chatting with members of the public (you're a friendly face, after all!)
Keeping outdoor spaces neat, tidy, and safe
Helping out with seasonal projects and fun community improvements
Travelling between Dover, Deal, and Sandwich using your own vehicle 🚙🎯 What We're Looking For:
A valid driving licence and your own vehicle - you'll be zipping between towns
Someone who loves their community and takes pride in their work
Happy to say hello and chat with members of the public - you're representing the best of the town!
Groundskeeping experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
A team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
