Job Description
Madisons are recruiting for a Groundsman to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based local to Reigate, Surrey.
Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License to be considered for this role
Responsibilities:
Accompany skilled arborists performing tree maintenance
Remove branches from the designated drop zone too the van.
Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in tree care, such as chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers preferred.
Conduct ground maintenance activities including raking, mulching, and weed control.
Assist in the planting and transplanting of trees and shrubs
General garden maintenance
Qualifications:
Previous horticultural experience
Previously worked alongside Tree Surgeons/ Arborist in the past
Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance preferred.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

£26,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience and tickets
