Freelance Site Manager – Immediate Start – Basingstoke Area
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a leading contractor on a major infrastructure project in the Basingstoke area.
This is an immediate requirement offering a competitive day rate and the opportunity to work on a large-scale scheme with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations
*
Managing subcontractors, plant and labour on site
*
Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained
*
Monitoring progress against programme targets
*
Coordinating site activities and resolving operational issues
*
Liaising with project teams and reporting on progress
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment
*
Proven track record of delivering works safely and efficiently
