Job Description
Bridgeman Recruitment Services require a reliable and experienced Groundworker to support works on a residential house extension. The role involves all aspects of groundwork including digging out footings, slabbing, and general preparation works.
Key Duties:
*
Digging out footings to depth and specification
*
Preparing and laying concrete for foundations
*
Slab laying for patios and extension base
*
Site prep, muck away, and material handling
*
Working to drawings and levels where required
*
Keeping a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a groundworker on domestic/residential builds
*
Ability to read and work from construction drawings (preferred)
*
Own hand tools and basic groundwork kit
*
PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis as minimum)
*
Physically fit and reliable
*
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)Before You Apply
