Job Description
Dumper Driver / Groundworker – Lichfield
Location: Lichfield
Start Date: 6th October
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £21 – £22 per hour (CIS / UMB) | PAYE options available
We’re looking for an experienced Dumper Driver / Groundworker to join a new civils project in Lichfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to operate the dumper as well as support the groundworks team with a variety of site tasks.
Role Duties:
*
Operating the dumper safely to move materials around site
*
Assisting with footings, drainage, kerbing, and concreting
*
General site preparation and finishing works
*
Working closely with site supervisors and trades to keep the project moving
*
Jumping on and off the machine as required

Requirements:
*
CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket
*
Solid groundworks experience (drainage, kerbs, slabs, concreting etc.)
*
Own PPE & transport
*
Reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic
