Job Description
Groundworker / Dumper Operator – Chelmsford (CM2)
TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Operator for civils works on a project based in Chelmsford (CM2).
Role details:

Duration: 4–5 weeks
*
Start date: Monday 22nd September 2025
*
Hours & Pay: £20-21/hr CIS, 9 hours paid per day
*
Duties: Carrying out groundworks on a civils scheme, including drainage installations such as gullies, manholes, and pits, trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and general finishing works.
*
Operating forward tipping dumper when required to support the works.
*
Working safely around excavations and live services.
Requirements:
*
Valid CPCS / NPORS Dumper Ticket
*
Proven experience in civils and drainage groundworks
*
CSCS card preferred
*
Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
