Groundworker – Housing Development Site (x6 required)
✅ Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in groundworks (residential/housing sites)
*
Must be confident in at least two of the following areas:
*
Drainage
*
Foundations
*
278 works
*
Roads & kerbs
*
Plot works
🎓 Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
*
CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
*
NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks
Having the Blue Card is a strong preference but not essential if you have solid experience
💷 Pay Details:
£17–£19/hour
