Groundworker - Social Housing Projects
Location: Winchester (Hampshire-wide travel)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + mileage
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We're on the lookout for a skilled Groundworker to bring their expertise to our social housing maintenance and improvement projects across Hampshire. If you take pride in high-quality finishes and want a role where your work directly improves homes and communities - this is the job for you.
You'll be part of a friendly, experienced team that values craftsmanship, safety, and getting the job done right first time.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Laying paths, curbs, tarmac, and slabs to a high standard.
Carrying out general domestic drainage works including excavation and reinstatement.
Operating a 360 excavator / mini digger (under 10T).
Reading and interpreting drawings or plans when required.
Working on a variety of domestic/residential properties (voids and occupied).
Travelling across sites in Winchester and wider Hampshire.
🪚 What You'll Need
Solid experience in groundworks, preferably within social housing or domestic property environments.
Proficiency in using 360 excavators / mini diggers (under 10T).
Your own hand tools and basic groundwork equipment.
A valid UK driving licence - travel between sites is essential.
A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small, motivated team.
