About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our team on an exciting windfarm project based near Inverness. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a key renewable energy development, contributing to a sustainable future while working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site preparation including excavation, drainage, ducting, and concreting
* Trenching and laying of cables
* Working with plant and machinery under supervision
* Installation of access roads and foundations for turbines
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans
* Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to specification
* Maintaining site cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Groundworker on civil or infrastructure projects (windfarm experience desirable)
* Valid CSCS card (required)
* CPCS/NPORS tickets for plant/machinery (advantageous)
* Health & Safety awareness
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
* Willingness to work in remote or rural locations and in all weather conditions
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
