We have an opportunity for a Groundworker Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in East London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.
Responsibilities:
Perform external maintenance and groundwork, including landscaping, pathways, driveways, car parks, and hard landscaping tasks such as laying/removing paths and kerbs
Inspect, maintain, unblock, repair, or replace drainage systems, performing full drainage surveys and excavation work as necessary.
Deliver basic multi‑trade repairs, including patch plastering, basic joinery, plumbing, tiling, decorating, and minor carpentry.
Maintain and update records using computer systems or PDAs; complete detailed job sheets and reports following each task.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
