Job Description
Groundworks Ganger - Skipton
Work as a hands-on ganger on a busy highways project
Supervise and coordinate a gang of groundworkers on site
Carry out all aspects of groundworks as required
Lead daily morning briefings and toolbox talks
Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed to programme
Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
Monitor quality and productivity of the team
Liaise with site management and report progress/issues
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks
Previous experience leading or overseeing a gang
Strong leadership and communication skillsBefore You Apply
