Quantity Surveyor:
Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor
Up to £80,000 p.a plus benefits dependant on experience
Car Allowance / Company Car
CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £80K PLUS BENIFITS, BROMSGROVE BASED RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS COMPANY, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION.
An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an Bromsgrove based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects upcoming.
Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
• Up to £80,000 dependant on experience
• Car allowance
• Paid Holidays
