Are you an experienced finance professional ready to step into a pivotal leadership role? This Group Finance Manager position offers a £70,000 package, excellent benefits, and valuable career exposure through regular travel to London.
As Group Finance Manager in Bournemouth, you'll take ownership of group-level financial performance within a leading Hospitality and Catering business. Managing a small team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, develop strong client relationships, and spend two days each week in London for wider stakeholder engagement and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing and reporting on financial performance across Hospitality and Catering contracts
* Preparing budgets, forecasts, flash reports, and month-end results for key catering operations
* Producing P&L statements with commentary and leading financial reviews with stakeholders
* Managing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals
* Liaising with head office functions including Accounts Payable, Sales, and Credit Control
* Preparing client invoices, ad-hoc reports, and supporting on Hospitality-related projects
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular reviews and meetings
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a motivated professional who can bring expertise and confidence to this busy role. You'll need:
* Previous experience in a senior finance role, ideally at Group Finance Manager or Financial Controller level
* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* The ability to challenge stakeholders and drive results
* Previous experience within the Hospitality and Catering or Facilities Management sector is highly advantageous
