Group Financial Accountant
Hemel Hempstead
£55,000 - £65,000 + Great Benefits Package
Our client, a market-leading organisation recognised for innovation and excellence in its field, is seeking a technically strong and commercially astute finance professional to join their collaborative and forward-thinking finance team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract-with a strong possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and fit.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting into the senior finance team, responsible for leading group financial consolidation and reporting, staying ahead of IFRS updates, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, becoming a fully integrated member of a supportive and structured finance function that values initiative, continuous improvement, and teamwork. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts for the central group, overseeing budget processes, analysing overheads, and contributing to ongoing process enhancements.

ACA or ACCA qualified with up-to-date IFRS 16 knowledge.
