What You Will Do:
- Support and enhance the preventative maintenance strategy to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures.
- Take ownership of housekeeping standards in engineering workshops and around the sites, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with site processes and contractual commitments.
- Accurately document and communicate maintenance records to support operational transparency and efficiency. - Provide training and guidance to team members to develop technical skills and reduce machine downtime.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of a BTEC Level 4 HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites when required.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain detailed records.
