Job Description
Group Quality Systems & Hygiene Manager (FTC – 12months) - Buckinghamshire (Scotland occasionally) - c£65,000 + 10% bonus and excellent pension.
Overview: This is a 12-month Maternity Cover FTC. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for all the quality systems, food safety, quality & hygiene systems are to code across the sites.
About You:
* You will be qualified to HACCP & Food Safety level 3 minimum
* As Group Quality Manager, you will need experience of managing food quality systems
* Educated to degree level in Food Science with a strong knowledge of quality systems
* Good organisation skills and strong attention to detail
* Be flexible to travel to their Scotland site, at the expense of the company.
What will you be doing?
* The Quality Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the quality systems.
* Managing the day-to-day food safety and quality systems ensuring compliance.
* Ensuring the factory are all working to set food safety standards
* Prepare all systems for audits ensuring they are always audit ready
* Lead food safety and quality risk assessment are to code.
