Job Description
Group Service Manager required for our Client’s Car Dealership based in the Cheltenham area.
For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £50000, with OTE of £60000.
The hours of work in this Group Service Manager position are Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
Benefits:
Starting basic salary up to £50,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
Performance related bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target-earnings of £60,000+ per annum.
Company car with business fuel allowance provided.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.
Full in-house training where required.
Company pension scheme.

Working hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:
Customer Service orientated who can coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service
Organised and the ability to think on your feet
Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success
Working closely with the Group Aftersales Director.
Develop and coach your team.
Ensure that your area adheres to our health and safety policy.
Make sure that the main KPI's are exceeded.
Maintain an excellent relationship with manufacturing partners.
Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team.Requirements:
Previous working experience within a Service Manager capacity
Outstanding Management skills
Technically minded
