Growing Manager - Salary DOE + Accommodation About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Growing Manager to join a leading soft fruit and horticultural business based in Fife. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of crop production, ensuring high-quality yields, and leading a dedicated team across a modern, progressive growing operation. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all stages of crop production, from planting to harvest. * Manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, and crop protection programmes. * Monitor crop health and performance, implementing timely interventions to optimise yield and quality. * Lead and develop the growing team, ensuring best practice and compliance with company standards. * Plan and execute growing schedules in line with market and supply requirements. * Maintain detailed records and reports to support continuous improvement. * Work closely with senior management to develop long-term production strategies.
