You'll lead the guest experience from start to finish, acting as the go-to concierge and ambassador for this high-end retreat in Bridport. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all guest communications from enquiry to post-stay
Creating personalised schedules, experiences, and activity bookings
Proactively handling feedback, special requests and guest needs
Supporting CRM accuracy, GDPR compliance and upsell opportunities
Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B and Grounds to deliver 5-star service
Supporting event delivery, marketing activations and guest communications
Providing insight reports to help improve operational deliveryThis is a hands-on, guest-facing role with evening and weekend shifts as part of the rota.

We're seeking the right person in Bridport who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused role. You'll bring:
Experience in concierge, guest relations, or luxury hospitality
Outstanding communication, problem-solving and coordination skills
A passion for creating meaningful guest interactions and memorable stays
Confidence using CRM systems and managing guest data
