We're looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join a stylish hotel in London, where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

You'll support the Front Office Manager and take a hands-on role in ensuring consistently high service standards across the hotel.

Oversee daily Reception and front office operations, ensuring a smooth guest journey
Lead by example, delivering warm, professional and personalised service
Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery with confidence and empathy
Monitor service standards across Reception and lobby areas
Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams to maintain operational efficiency
Coach, support and develop front office team members through on-shift leadership
Maintain accurate guest profiles, reporting and operational processes
Ensure the guest experience consistently reflects the hotel's brand standards

What we're looking for:

You'll be a confident hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on and creating memorable guest experiences.

Minimum 2 years' guest service experience within the hotel industry
London experience is desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
Calm, professional and confident communication skills
Marriott background would be advantageous
