Are you an experienced Guillotine Operator seeking a rewarding role in Newbury, Berkshire.

Pay:
* Up to £612 per week (£31,850 per annum)
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 45 hours per week
* 07:15am to 17:00pm
What you’ll be doing:
* Operating a pedal-operated guillotine to cut metal sheets accurately to specification
* Sorting and preparing metal sheets on the line for next-stage processing
* Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
* Inspecting metal sheets for defects and removing any faulty pieces
* Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets efficiently
* Performing equipment checks and reporting any maintenance needs promptly
* Keeping your workspace clean and organised
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Guillotine Operator or similar metal cutting role preferred
* Good understanding of metalworking processes and health & safety in manufacturing
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
