PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major civil engineering project based in Cambridge.
This is a site-based role on a large infrastructure scheme, overseeing all aspects of health, safety and environmental compliance while working closely with the project team and subcontractors.
Requirements:
✅ NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety/SHE Manager or Advisor role
✅ Strong background in civil engineering and groundworks
✅ Experience with RAMS, site audits, inspections and incident investigations
✅ Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations, LOLER, PUWER and current H&S legislation is beneficial
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project Scope:
* Heavy groundworks
* Bulk & deep excavations
* Drainage & service installations
* Concrete works
* Piling support works
* Dewatering
🕢 Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:30-17:30
📅 Occasional Saturdays (currently 2 per month)
