Castle Employment is delighted to be recruiting for an established agricultural buildings company who looking for a proactive Health & Safety Manager to take full ownership of safety across their production facility and customer sites. This is an exclusive opportunity and is site based with extensive travel
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments for manufacturing and on-site installation work.
Oversee workshop safety, machinery use, manual handling, and COSHH compliance.
Prepare RAMS and site-specific safety documentation.
Lead audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
Act as the main contact for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across the workforce.What We’re Looking For:
NEBOSH General Certificate – essential
Experience in a senior Health & Safety role
Knowledge of the agricultural industry advantageous.
Knowledge of construction site safety essential
