Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, blow-drying, styling, and treatments.

Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on styles, products, and maintenance.

Maintain a high level of customer care, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and valued.

Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
*
Contribute to salon targets through excellent service, client retention, and product recommendations.

Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation are maintained at all times.

Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product innovations.
Skills & Experience
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent qualification) in Hairdressing.
*
Proven experience in a busy salon environment.
*
Strong technical ability in both colouring and cutting for all hair types.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
