Location: North Yorkshire
Type: Temporary - Part Time
Rate: £30 - £36 per hour
Eden Brown are seeking an experienced Hairdressing Lecturer for a Further Education College in North Yorkshire to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to Level 3 Apprenticeship learners.
This is a part time temporary role to start asap for 2 months initially but potentially longer.
The post is 1 day per week on a Monday
About the Role:
- Teach and assess Level 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship students
- Plan and deliver practical and theory-based sessions
- Support learners with portfolio building and industry-relevant skills
- Work collaboratively with programme teams to maintain high standards of learning
- Ensure compliance with awarding body and college quality processes
Requirements:
- Relevant Hairdressing qualification at Level 3 or above
- Recognised teaching qualification (or significant teaching/training experience in FE or apprenticeships)
- Strong industry background with up-to-date technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and learner support skills
Candidates must also have a current DBS
