Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Handy person to help maintain the day-to-day operations of two busy business centres. This hands-on role is key to ensuring the premises are safe, and in excellent working order. This will initially be on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Routine inspections and basic repairs (e.g. leaks, lighting). General maintenance of the exterior grounds (e.g. weeding, sweeping). Painting and decorating as needed. Responding to urgent maintenance requests. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a handy person or maintenance role. Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. A team player who can also work independently. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
