Job Description
Handyman – Immediate Start – Piccadilly, London
* Location: Piccadilly, London
* Duration: 1 day (may extend to 2 days)
* Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm
* Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
* Rate: £22 per hour (CIS)
We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for immediate work in Piccadilly, London. This is to support essential repair works following a recent flood incident at one of the offices on site. The role is expected to last for a day but may extend to two days depending on progress.
Job Duties:
* Carry out general repair works and maintenance as instructed by the site manager
* Assess and resolve minor damages caused by the flood
* Use own tools to complete required tasks efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Handyman on construction or office refurbishment sites
* Valid CSCS card (Blue skilled worker card preferred)
* Must have own tools suitable for general repair works
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
