Position: Handyman
Start Date: Tomorrow
Location: West London
Duration: 2 weeks
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (9.5 hours paid per day)
Rate: £18.00 per hour (UTR/CIS)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Handyman for a one-week assignment starting tomorrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
Key Duties
* Perform repair and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures, and appliances efficiently
* Investigate problems and propose practical solutions
* Carry out electrical repairs, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and janitorial duties as required
* Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
* Fix electrical fixtures and address plumbing/leakage issues effectively
* Determine appropriate tools and equipment for each job
* Maintain and organise building walls, floors, and ceilings
* Utilise computers, calculators, and telephones to support maintenance activities
Key Requirements
* CSCS Card: Valid CSCS card required
* Tools: Must have own tools
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar handyman or multi-trade role
* Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK
* References: Recent work references required
Additional Information
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (9.5 hours paid per day)
* Pay: £18.00 per hour (paid via UTR/CIS)
* Duration: 2 weeks only
