Handyperson Required - High-End Residential Project | Surrey
TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Handyperson for a prestigious residential development in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
Carpentry tasks
Minor painting works
Installing protection and signage
BWIC (Builder's Work in Connection)
Grouting
Small concrete works (pouring and breaking out)
HERAS and hoarding maintenance
Barrier maintenance
General site maintenance
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
Own PPE and tools suitable for the listed duties
Ability to travel to site (driving is recommended due to location)
