Job Description
Ashton Lodge Care Home is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to help keep our home safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents and staff.

💷 Pay Rate: From £16 per hour (depending on experience)
🕐 Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible hours considered
🔹 Role Overview:
As our Handyman, you’ll be responsible for general maintenance and repairs throughout the care home, helping to maintain a high standard of safety and comfort. Duties may include basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks
* Ensure the care home is safe, tidy, and well-maintained
* Respond promptly to repair requests
* Liaise with external contractors when necessary
* Maintain records of work completed and materials used
